Can anyone give me details about the Wilson A2170 Ball Hawk 3 two finger glove with 3 bar web? Year produced and original cost. How much do they go for now? Thanks in advance.

Here's an ad from 1949 when the A2000 line was established. The model 2020 was $21.50 and the model 2170 was $12.00 in 1949. As you can see the model 2020 was their top glove and the most collectible now. The model 2170 was half the price and a similar style but not as collectible now. A really nice model 2170 would bring between $40-$75 today. A really nice model 2020 is usually over $100. The 2020 is a large glove and the 2170 not nearly as big. If you are set on a model 2170, try to buy it for around $25, otherwise wait for the model 2020 to surface. In most cases, the top of the line model is the way to go unless you are dealing with near mint or unique equipment.
