Playing catch with Dillinger & Baby Face Nelson

Northern Wisconsin was a popular getaway for some gangsters in the 1930s. Al Capone vacationed there. It's a beautiful area with hundreds of lakes surrounded by huge tracts of State and Federal Forest land. I'll bet it was pretty remote back in the 30s. Good place to hide out . I first read this tale of a resort owner's kid playing catch with John Dillinger and Baby Face Nelson in the book "Public Enemies".
