The 1955 Rawlings glove is a model RR. The 1955 base mitt is a Wilson model 2800.

The catchers mitt looks to be a D&M style with the riveted perimeter banding and the grommet web.

The baseman's mitt appears to have a leather reinforcement for the grommets at the wrist opening.

Myril Hoag, Ben Chapman & Joe DiMaggio circa mid 1930's

Ben Chapman's glove with home made web using athletic tape. Also, the wrist strap is doubled up under the button. The wide wrist strap indicates the glove could be a Spalding.

More than likely though, DiMaggio's glove was a Spalding as shown below. He did have a contract with Spalding at the time. The webbing style was prevalent on a few glove manufactures.
