Love those colorized photos, too. They're absolutely stunning.

Some 1917 Sox players with Joe Jackson in the center. The one glove in the photo is a King patent-

That 1913 photo of Henri Rondeau is one of my favourites. Helmar makes a nice and big Imperial Cabinet card of it.

Here's the non-cropped original photo:

I agree, the Henri Rondeau is just a classic baseball photo. The Bugs Raymond King patent glove looks to be a full web version. That would be a rare one.

This proportion looks about right.

Looks much better, William. Thanks.

Good point, Mike, I don't think I've ever seen a full web King patent. He played from 1904-1911 and was with the Giants from 1909 on.

Found a couple more. Joe (Jo-Jo) Moore and his 1933 Goudey card-

I always liked his Goudey card. Just wish it had a better view of his glove.

Some Carl Hubbell pictures from later in his career, late 1930's I think. I don't know who made the glove, but it looks like it has a big, solid web. Maybe it was modified for him.

Don't know if it's the same glove in all the pictures, but this one looks huge-

Greg, I noticed all your Photobucket images are still intact. Did you end up paying their new fee for 3rd party hosting?

No, I haven't. I don't know if it means that I will lose those images eventually. Photobucket is a big disappointment. They run so much ad content these days and it takes forever to upload and look through my images.
I switched to Imgur awhile ago and like their site much better.

Nice circa 1890 uniforms and equipment. I guess the players have watch fobs hanging from their pocket.

Great pics Mike. Love that you found your hometown team. That's cool. Love the goat mascot too. Here's mine.
