another rookie to deal with

Another board rookie stumbles into the game. My name is Lee and I live in Salt Lake City. Not too many good gloves available in this area, if I'm lucky I find 2 or 3 good ones a year. I enjoy pre war and early fifties stuff the most. I'm looking forward to learning from you seasoned pros. If there is any one in the area who would like to show off some stuff or just even talk I'd love to hear from you. I'm still learning to clean and repair and would like to know if there is a product that will soften the plastic piping on older lesser grade gloves. . Our motto should be "with a little work, every glove fits." Til next time.
