I found these pictures of Johnny Vander Meer with what looks to be one of those "Flexform" models.

Stall & Dean used both the O'Hara and Wilson patents in the 1940's to develop curved finger gloves. Below is an ad showing the back panel of a glove with a variation of the O'Hara patent.
