Yes, they are. That seller seems to sell MEARS items after every auction.

The Chance glove and box were for sale on David Bushings table at the Philly show 2 weeks ago for $250.00

I got the same Dean Chance in box from a Mears auction earlier this year. I still have mine. Didn’t know there were two. Yeah, that Abrams was just in the last auction.
