Alright guys,
On eBay right now is a vintage Wilson A2000 which the sellers insists is from 1963.
At least one other eBayer and I have contacted the seller and shared with him that the glove looks like it is actually a 1970-1971-ish A2000 model, not a 1963 model. The seller responded that there is no doubt that he got it in 1963.
Are we wrong? The seller is adamant that it is a 1963 model! But by the features which are visible in the photos, I don't see how it can be a 1963.
I want to be clear here -- I don't think that the seller is being dishonest -- I just think that he is a little off the mark. By the way, this seller has 100% Positive Feedback.
If nothing else, this will increase the traffic to his auction. Here is the link:

Seriously, a dual hinge web, palm lacing from the pinky which works its way over to the ring finger, the placement of the cloth Wilson circle-W logo on the back of the thumb, the big circle-W logo on the palm, etc., these hadn't found their way onto the A2000 by 1963, had they?
I thought that the 1963 model still had the black patch on the back of the wrist with a Holdtite strap, the shooting star on the palm, something like the Triple-lock web or the Twin-split web, etc.
What do you guys think? Do any of you have photos of a 1963 A2000 which you could post here?
If I am mistaken, I will apologize to the seller with my hat in my hand. But I don't think that I am wrong on this one.
