How the Spalding/Rawlings Exchange System Worked 1968

Rawlings was making gloves for Spalding from 1956 till about early 1970s I believe. In short, Rawlings would make it's "tang" pattern and model glove and duplicate it for Spalding. For those of you who might be interested, and I'm only gonna compare the top gloves, here's the tradeoff for 1968.
Rawlings XFG1 (no endorsement) Same Spalding Glove became the Jim Bunning 42-201 .
Rawlings XPG3 Ken Boyer became the Spalding Pete Ward 42-205
Rawlings XPGH Mantle became the Spalding Gene Alley 42-215
Rawlings XPG6 Mantle became (I think) the Spalding Roger Maris 42-217 (the photocopy is dark on the web so can't be sure) Palm pattern is the same.
Suggested retail prices are almost exactly identical.
