Childrens Gloves

Postby oldballfan » April 29th, 2006, 3:34 pm

I am new to collecting gloves. I have purchased the different guides from Joe Phillips and Dave Bushing.....but I am looking for information on vintage childrens gloves. Any help on this matter would be great...thanks.

Hi oldballfan - welcome to the board!

What kind of information are you seeking? Manufacturers? I don't know that much about children's gloves but over the years I have seen quite a few manufactured by the Yale company, especially pre-war era gloves. There are a couple others that escape my thoughts right now but I'll remember them later.

Nothing specific to childrens gloves, but the guides from The Glove Collector give model numbers. Generaly speaking they are inexpensive compared to adult sizes.
