Yep, that would be the one alright. The one in the picture looks a whole lot better than mine did back then. Even after all these years, yours looks terrific. Nice glove! Whenever I work on a Rawlings or Wilson of this type, I'm always amazed at how well the leather comes back to life, no matter how dry or beat up the glove is. Good old-fashioned quality American workmanship. Too bad all gloves today (with the exception of Nokona), are made overseas.

The glove I learned to catch with was a Spalding 2 finger Ball Hawk :( which belonged to my older brother. 1954 or 55 my father and I bought my first glove from Stevens & Blum Sporting Goods on Broadway in Newburgh NY, a new 3 finger RAWLINGS PMM STAN MUSIAL. :) The perfect glove for the young ballplayer..I have a similiar PMM that I take to Yankee and Shea stadiums, which I am proud to show off :D .....
