I'm fairly new the collecting gloves, and I can't really recall how it started. I'm not a huge baseball fan by any means yet I am drawn to the way the game used to be. My collection is modest and I don't have any gloves that would be worth a considerable amount of money. I buy gloves based on style mostly. If I like the way it looks or if it's a design that would be considered odd by todays standards. I'll put a glove on while watching tv or whatever cause it feels good. I guess it's a good thing that I don't collect womens shoes !

This forum is the single most informative place I have found on the topic of vintage gloves. My thanks to the admin and the members. I am learning a lot here.
