Good point Derek. Wilson sales to Spalding dropped significantly from 1955 through 1956. Wilson sales to Spalding ended after 1956.

Here's a photo of Mickey Mantle at the Spalding display booth at the annual Sporting Goods Fair. It was held at the New Yorker Hotel in Jan. 1964. Behind Mantle is information about the "Big 8" model glove which was new for 1964. Interesting that he is holding a bunch of Rawlings gloves. Spalding sold Rawlings to a group of investors later in 1964.
