D&M Draper Maynard Gloves... want more information!

Postby DraperMaynardFilm » June 27th, 2008, 12:48 pm

I was born and raised in Plymouth, New Hampshire, home to Draper Maynard gloves. Although we certainly heard stories about the factories, I want to find out more information! Does anyone specialize in Draper Maynard products? Are there any D&M-specific collectors?

Thanks so much for the information! I look forward to many interesting conversations!

Welcome aboard!

There are a couple of collectors here who specialize in D&M items - I'm sure they can help you out with a lot of information. I know the Popovich family has a great interest in the company, you can visit their site here:

i think Plymouth college still has the D&M museum in the old floor of the college there. I send my newsletter there and have donated some items to the museum. You need to visit it.
We've run several D&M articles in our Glove Collector Newsletter. I've got a thick file on the company, ads, stories, etc.

Don't know if this will help, but I found a D&M catchers mitt on ebay, the item # 120276594195. It's currently at $10 and certenly a modest price to start out....
