I have noticed, mostly on the early 1900 gloves, that the manufacturer tag on the back strap is facing down so that it can be read and then on some gloves its upside down.....Just wondering if this is something that was common to do on some models or why it was done like this....Does it mean the tag is not original when its facing upside when looking at the back of the glove?? Most examples I have seen of this are on Spalding 1" webs....I will appreciate any info...Just something that has been puzzling me

....Thanks -Josh
