If you go to http://www.oldglove.com it appears that he will be selling the items he has purchased starting in September. If the price is right I'll be able to buy a bunch of Sonnetts and OKs that he's outbid me on.

Help Me Out

Postby softball66 » July 30th, 2007, 5:03 pm

Brett and guys. I might be a little confused. If he's paying top price for gloves, etc., on eBay is there much room for him to make money on a resell for his cause? Unless, as Brett implies, he catches someone who will perhaps pay more than he has and lost out on eBay. I'm a bit perlexed. :?:

If politics and religion make for strange bedfellows, then baseball gloves and religion are a downright weird mix!

If he plans on turning a buck he might be in for a rude surprise. Not only has he been paying top-dollar for his gloves, in many cases he is grossly overpaying.

Maybe he plans on making up the difference through volume...

I wonder if the gloves will be tax-refunadable?
