Yeah, saw it. No way that mitt was worth $600. The dealer was quick to quote that the signature couldn't be real because he was illiterate. Yeah, we know but who's to say he didn't know how to sign his name in his thirty years after baseball. He didn't die til 1951 for heaven's sake. Betcha anything he knew how to sign his name before he died at age 64. Still, I don't think it was good but not for the reason he said. Always fun to see a vintage glove on TV though.
