Mantle XPG6

Hello all,
Does anyone know the dates for the Mantle XPG6 with the older Mantle signature? Is there any difference in value between this signature and the later signature on the XPG6?

Here are some photos of the XPG6 I recently won on Ebay (for a steal in my opinion.) It cleaned up very nicely thanks in part to Kenny Jenkins and only needed a relacing and some light conditioning. There is absolutely no ink and the leather is in great shape. The HOH bull logo and Mantle sig were very hard to read when I received but I took a chance and it paid off!

How did you get the Mantle signature & the HOH imprint to come out so bold? I too have this glove & looking for ways to make it look a lot better. My Mantle XPG6 is my old H.S glove from 1969. Thanks for any help.
