Christmas Gift Ideas?

Postby ScottWNJ » December 14th, 2009, 1:25 am

My wife keeps asking me what I want for Christmas. I suggested the Glove Source Book (and told her where she could order it). Also suggested Ebay Gift Cards (for bidding on gloves). I don't expect that she would actually attempt to purchase a vintage glove, because she is not knowledgable about them. So does any one have any other gift suggestions for glove collectors? Thanks.

how about- "tell ya what honey, I'll just spend $1000 bucks on gloves without getting 'the look', you ask no questions, and we'll call it good"

Let me know how that works out. :P

I'm not the only one who gets "the look" from my wife am I?
Give us the gate key. I have no gate key.
Fezzik, tear his arms off. Oh, you mean this gate key!

I think eBay gift cards are a good choice.

I get the same thing from my wife each year - time to go to Brimfield and time to go to the National. I'm happy!

Worked out really well, Miller. And by the way, you can tell your wife that your new homeless friend from NJ will be spending the holidays at your house!
