A Record?

Is this a record price for a Rawlings Heart of the Hide, non player endorsed glove? It was listed on eBay by Glover Bill Diebold of Everything Baseball. A Mint XPGP

That is nuts! Wow! And if you look at the bidding, the winning bidder had placed another bid so it could have gone higher.

I was surprised to see that it finished that high also, even though that model doesn't turn up on ebay very often and it was in superb condition. I know that a few earlier A2000s have finished in the $400 range, but this glove just torched that benchmark. Guess we know what that bidder wanted for Xmas!

If I ever pay that much for a glove, it better have a kitchen and a Jacuzzi.
